1. Introduction

Welcome to Leafy (the “Service”), operated by LeapVerse(“we,” “us,” or “our”). Leafy is an artificial-intelligence-powered development platform that assists users in generating, modifying, and managing user-interface code for use within the Roblox game engine.

By accessing or using the Service—whether through our website, Roblox Studio plugin, or any associated applications—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy, all of which are set forth in this document (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “User”) and LeapVerse. Please read it carefully.

2. Definitions

• “Service” refers to the Leafy platform, including the web application, backend APIs, Roblox Studio plugin, and all related tools and features.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• “Content” refers to all text, code, images, data, and other materials submitted to, generated by, or displayed on the Service.
• “Leafs” refers to the virtual credit units used within the Service to access AI-powered features. Leafs have no monetary value outside the Service and are non-transferable.
• “Pro Subscription” or “Pro” refers to the premium subscription tier that grants access to enhanced features, premium AI models, and monthly bonus Leafs.
• “Generated Code” refers to any Luau source code, UI layouts, or scripts produced by the Service’s AI models in response to User prompts.

3. Account & Eligibility

3.1 Roblox Authentication

The Service uses Roblox OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorize LeapVerse to receive your Roblox username, user ID, and profile picture from Roblox Corporation. We do not receive or store your Roblox password at any time.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to keep your Roblox account secure and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access. LeapVerse shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. The Service

4.1 Description

Leafy provides AI-assisted code generation for Roblox user interfaces. Users provide text prompts or reference images, and the Service returns generated Luau code, UI layout descriptions, or plans that can be executed within Roblox Studio via the Leafy plugin.

4.2 No Guarantee of Output Quality

The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence models. While we strive to deliver accurate, functional, and high-quality outputs, we make no representations or warranties that any Generated Code will be error-free, secure, performant, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all Generated Code before deploying it in any production environment.

4.3 Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, network issues, third-party provider disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Tier (Hobby)

All registered Users receive a free “Hobby” tier account with a daily allocation of 15 Leafs. This allocation resets every 24 hours. Unused daily Leafs do not carry over to the next day.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Users may upgrade to a Pro Subscription on either a monthly or annual billing cycle. Pro Subscribers receive access to premium AI models (including all Claude models), AI thumbnail generation, 300 bonus Leafs per billing cycle, and the standard 15 daily Leafs available to all Users.

5.3 Credit Packs

Users may purchase one-time Leaf credit packs to supplement their balance. Credit packs are added to your bonus Leafs balance immediately upon successful payment and do not expire, but they are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.LeapVerse does not directly store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Your use of Stripe’s services is governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

5.5 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Pro Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until that period ends.

5.6 Price Changes

LeapVerse reserves the right to change subscription prices and credit pack prices at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consumable nature of the Service:

• Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Leafs begin accruing to your account immediately upon payment.
• Pro Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that period. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
• If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving the value of your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of the transaction to request a review. Refunds in such cases are granted at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content & Generated Code

You retain all rights to the prompts, images, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you own the Generated Code produced in response to Your Content. LeapVerse does not claim ownership of Generated Code and grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize Generated Code for any lawful purpose.

7.2 Similarity of Outputs

AI models may generate similar or identical code for different users with similar prompts. LeapVerse does not guarantee the uniqueness of any Generated Code and shall not be liable for any similarity between outputs produced for different Users.

7.3 Platform Intellectual Property

The Service itself—including but not limited to the website, APIs, Roblox Studio plugin, system prompts, underlying algorithms, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation—is and remains the exclusive property of LeapVerse. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in the platform intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

7.4 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant LeapVerse a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize such feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Roblox Account Data: Your Roblox username, user ID, and profile image, obtained through Roblox OAuth authentication.
• Usage Data: Chat messages, prompts, images submitted for AI processing, Generated Code, session metadata, feature usage patterns, and Leaf consumption history.
• Billing Data: Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and transaction history. We do not store your payment card details; these are handled exclusively by Stripe.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication and session management.

8.2 How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• To communicate important notices (e.g., policy changes, service disruptions).
• To enforce this Agreement and protect against misuse.

8.3 Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely for the purposes described above:

• AI Model Providers (e.g., OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI): Your prompts and images are sent to these providers to generate responses. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
• Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Supabase: Database hosting and storage.
• Roblox Corporation: OAuth authentication.

8.4 Data We Do Not Sell

LeapVerse does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

8.5 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us via the method described in Section 16. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8.6 Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and theme preferences. These are essential for the proper functioning of the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the use of these cookies.

8.7 Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control features of the Service.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other software to access the Service in a manner not explicitly authorized by LeapVerse.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service, Leafs, or Generated Code as a competing AI code-generation service.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the Service.
• Use the Service to generate code intended to violate the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service’s infrastructure.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining Leafs, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

10. Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an active Pro Subscription, you may cancel it through the Service or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Termination & Suspension by LeapVerse

LeapVerse reserves the absolute and unconditional right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Non-payment or payment disputes.
• Extended inactivity on your account.
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Discontinuation or material modification of the Service.
• Unexpected technical, security, or legal issues.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account: (a) your right to access the Service immediately ceases; (b) any unused Leafs in your account are forfeited and non-refundable; (c) we are not obligated to retain, forward, or provide access to any of your data or Generated Code; and (d) sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LEAPVERSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ANY GENERATED CODE) WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, BIASES, OR UNINTENDED CONTENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE AND ANY GENERATED CODE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEAPVERSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LEAPVERSE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO LEAPVERSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeapVerse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; or (d) any claim that your use of Generated Code caused damage to a third party.

14. Changes to These Terms

LeapVerse reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the Service or via other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your Pro Subscription.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or, where applicable, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any claims shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
